Kanatli Dam Irrigation Project<\/h2>\n

Works are progressing rapidly at the Kanatli Dam Irrigation Project, constructed by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI) under the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs in Elazig, a project long awaited by the local population. 75 percent of the project has been completed, and the remaining works are targeted to be finalized in accordance with the planned schedule.<\/p>\n\n

The Kanatli Dam Irrigation plays a critical role in increasing agricultural productivity by enabling the irrigation of agricultural lands in the region through a modern pressurized pipe irrigation system. Upon completion of the project, the transition of regional farmers to irrigated agriculture will be accelerated, and crop diversity and production capacity will increase significantly.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
