Sugla Gravity Irrigation Project<\/h2>\n

The Seydisehir Sugla Gravity Irrigation Completion Construction, undertaken by Best Tasarim Insaat A.S., has been successfully completed. This investment, realized within the scope of the Konya Plain Project (KOP), enables the irrigation of 7,202 hectares of agricultural land in Sugla Plain with a modern gravity irrigation system.<\/p>\n\n

Project Scope and Technical Features<\/h3>\n

The Sugla Gravity Irrigation Project, planned as the second phase of the Sugla Storage Dam, consists of an extensive irrigation network spanning the line from Irmakli to Arvana along the BSA canal route and covering the Sugla Plain surrounding the Sugla Storage Dam. The project delivers water to agricultural lands without energy costs, thanks to its gravity-fed irrigation system operating on the principle of gravitational force.<\/p>\n\n

Contribution to Regional Agriculture<\/h3>\n

With the completion of the project, the agricultural production capacity in Sugla Plain has increased significantly. In the region where production was previously based solely on dryland farming, a 30 to 40 percent increase in the yield of cereal crops, particularly sugar beet and potatoes, is targeted through the transition to irrigated agriculture. With the increase in crop diversity, a direct improvement in the income levels of regional farmers is being realized.<\/p>\n\n

Value Provided to the National Economy<\/h3>\n

Best Tasarim Insaat A.S. has contributed a total of 15,000 hectares of irrigated land to the national economy by completing both the Seydisehir Sugla Gravity Irrigation Completion Construction and the Elazig Kanatli Irrigation projects. These projects are investments of strategic importance in terms of increasing Turkey's agricultural production potential and achieving rural development goals.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
