PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The dam is to be constructed on Bartın (Gökırmak) river within Bartın province.The dam will provide flood protection to Bartin city and 670 ha surrounding agricultural area as well as supplying for the irrigation of 2113 ha agricultural land and production of 41.20 Gwh/year energy.
